Step 2: Get Matched with Jobs

Once your profile is complete, we’ll match you with jobs that fit your skills and experience. You’ll be able to review the job details and, if interested, proceed to interview with the employer. We ensure that the projects you’re matched with are aligned with your expertise and professional goals.

Step 3: Start Working and Submit Weekly Reports

Once you’re hired, you’ll start working on the project. You’ll be required to submit weekly progress reports to keep the employer and our project management team informed. Open communication ensures that everyone stays on the same page and that you’re meeting project milestones.

Step 4: Get Paid Securely

Once the project is complete and the employer confirms they are satisfied with your work, we’ll release your payment. We handle all payments, so you don’t need to worry about chasing after clients. Plus, you’re free to work on multiple projects as long as you can manage the workload.

To hire talent, simply submit a hiring request through our platform. Provide details about your project, the skills you need, and your preferred timeline. We’ll match you with the best talents, arrange interviews, and manage the onboarding process.

What is the cost of hiring through Hire Emmie?

There’s a $25 non-refundable processing fee to submit a hiring request, which will be deducted from your final payment upon onboarding the talent. You’ll also pay a $25 recruitment fee per talent, and a 10% service charge based on the talent’s compensation to cover project oversight and management.

Do I pay the talent directly?

No, all payments are processed through Hire Emmie. You make payments upfront, and we hold the funds in escrow until the project is completed and you confirm satisfaction with the deliverables. This ensures that both the talent and employer are protected.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the talent’s work?

If you’re not satisfied with the initial deliverables, we encourage you to provide feedback and give the talent the opportunity to revise the work. If the revised work still doesn’t meet your expectations, we will step in to help. In rare cases, we’ll replace the talent or offer a refund if a suitable resolution cannot be reached.

Can I hire multiple talents at once?

Yes, you can hire as many talents as you need. If you hire three or more talents at once, we offer a discount on the recruitment fee. This is ideal for larger projects that require different skills or teams.

What types of projects can I hire talent for?

You can hire talent for a wide range of projects, including but not limited to web design, graphic design, content creation, digital marketing, virtual assistance, and customer support. Whether it’s a short-term project or ongoing support, we’ll help you find the right talent for the job.

How do I ensure the talent meets my project goals?

Hire Emmie provides project oversight to ensure that talents meet your project goals and deadlines. We require talents to submit weekly progress reports and maintain continuous communication with you, so you stay informed about the project’s status.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept a range of payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through the platform.

How long does it take to find the right talent?

After you submit your hiring request, we typically provide talent matches within a few business days. The timeline may vary based on the complexity of your project and the specific skills you need, but we strive to expedite the process to meet your deadlines.

Once your profile and assessment are complete, we’ll match you with relevant job opportunities based on your skills, experience, and the needs of our employers. You’ll be able to review job details and interview with employers before starting a project.

How does payment work for talents?

Employers pay upfront, and Hire Emmie holds the payment securely in escrow until the project is completed and the employer confirms satisfaction with the work. Once approved, we release the payment to you. You can focus on delivering great work without worrying about payment delays.

Can I work on multiple projects at the same time?

Yes, you’re free to work on multiple projects simultaneously, as long as you can manage the workload and meet the deadlines for each project. However, we recommend you choose projects you can comfortably handle to ensure high-quality work.

What happens if the employer is not satisfied with my work?

If the employer is not satisfied after initial submissions, you’ll have the opportunity to make revisions based on their feedback. If the project still doesn’t meet the employer’s expectations, we’ll step in to provide support. In rare cases where the employer remains unsatisfied, we’ll help find a resolution, which may include replacing you on the project.

How can I improve my skills on Hire Emmie?

We offer upskilling and professional development programs, including workshops, training, and mentorship opportunities, to help you stay competitive and grow in your field. These programs are designed to enhance your expertise and increase your earning potential.

How often do I need to submit progress reports?

You are required to submit weekly progress reports to keep both the employer and Hire Emmie updated on your work. This helps ensure that everyone is aligned and that the project stays on track.
