In most cases you'll receive a shortlist of 2–4 pre-vetted candidates within 72 hours of submitting your brief. Complex or highly specialised roles may take up to 5 business days.
Every talent goes through a four-step process before appearing on our platform: a skills assessment relevant to their category, a communication and reliability check, a background review, and a structured video interview conducted by our team.
If a placement doesn't work out within the first 30 days, we'll source and present a replacement at no additional placement fee. For Team Build clients this extends to 60 days. We have a genuine interest in making the placement work — our reputation depends on it.
Talent compensation is agreed between you and the hire, documented in the contract. We can facilitate payment processing through our platform for an additional fee, or you can pay the talent directly — whichever you prefer.
