What is the difference between a freelance talent and a direct staff?
Freelance talent works on a project-by-project basis and can have multiple clients simultaneously. Direct staff are typically dedicated to one client for a longer period, providing ongoing support as part of your team.
How do you vet your talent pool?
Most of our talents have been trained by us. And we have a rigorous vetting process that includes skills assessments, interviews, and background checks to ensure we connect you with highly qualified and reliable professionals.
What are your pricing and payment terms?
Our pricing varies based on the complexity and duration of the project, as well as the experience level of the freelancer or direct worker. Payment terms are typically agreed upon before the start of the project, with options for hourly or fixed rates. More info on PAYMENT and CONTRACTS.
How do you ensure the quality of work?
We provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that our talents meet your expectations. We have a community support team to guide our talents. We also offer a satisfaction guarantee and will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise. Monitoring varies based on Subscription.
Can I request a replacement if I am not satisfied with my talent?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with the performance of our talent, you can request a replacement. We will work with you to find a more suitable match. As long as the issue is within the contract.

To join our platform, you need to create a profile, complete our application process, and pass our vetting procedures, which include skills assessments and interviews. To complete access to all our services and community to subscribe to our plan.

How do I get paid?
Payments are processed through our Hire Emmie secure platform. Payment terms and schedules are agreed upon before starting a project, with options for hourly or fixed rates.
What are the requirements to join?
Relevant skills and experience in your field, a reliable internet connection, and the ability to work independently. Specific requirements may vary based on the job role. For beginners with no tech skill or experience participating our Digital Launch Pad program is required.
How does the vetting process work?
The vetting process includes submitting your resume, completing a skills assessment, and participating in an interview. We may also conduct background checks to verify your credentials.
Can I work with multiple clients?
Yes, as a freelancer, you can work with multiple clients simultaneously. However, you should manage your time effectively to meet all deadlines and client expectations. Maximum 3 clients per go.
What support do you offer freelancers?
We offer various support services including personalized training via our Income to Skills Pipeline (I2IP) program, Digital Launch Pads, resources for skill development, and ongoing assistance to help you succeed in your role. Our team is available to answer any questions and provide guidance. Other exclusive services are based on subscription e.g. legal aid, negotiations, support community and transitions.
How do I ensure my profile stands out?
Ensure that your profile is complete and up-to-date, showcasing your skills, experience, and any relevant certifications. Including a portfolio of your work and obtaining client testimonials can also help you stand out.
I do not have any experience in tech. Where Should I Start from?
Enroll in our Digital Launch pard program, you will be trained and get a placement for internship at the end.

Yes we get you covered, Soft skill and coaching is included in our premium plan when you subscribe.
