What is the cost of hiring through Hire Emmie?
There’s a $25 non-refundable processing fee to submit a hiring request, which will be deducted from your final payment upon onboarding the talent. You’ll also pay a $25 recruitment fee per talent, and a 10% service charge based on the talent’s compensation to cover project oversight and management.
Do I pay the talent directly?
No, all payments are processed through Hire Emmie. You make payments upfront, and we hold the funds in escrow until the project is completed and you confirm satisfaction with the deliverables. This ensures that both the talent and employer are protected.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the talent’s work?
If you’re not satisfied with the initial deliverables, we encourage you to provide feedback and give the talent the opportunity to revise the work. If the revised work still doesn’t meet your expectations, we will step in to help. In rare cases, we’ll replace the talent or offer a refund if a suitable resolution cannot be reached.

Yes, you can hire as many talents as you need. If you hire three or more talents at once, we offer a discount on the recruitment fee. This is ideal for larger projects that require different skills or teams.
