Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. Here is exactly when and with whom your data may be shared.

  • Employers and Talents — with each other, at the right time: When a talent is matched with an employer, we share the talent's professional profile (skills, experience, bio) with that employer as part of the introduction process. We do not share contact details until both parties have agreed to proceed.
  • Techy Train Incubator Foundation: As the parent organisation of Hire Emmie, TTIF may access anonymised, aggregated data for reporting and programme improvement purposes only.
  • Service providers: We use trusted third-party tools for email communication, website hosting, and form management. These providers process data only on our behalf and under strict data protection agreements.

These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls limiting who within our team can view personal data, and regular security reviews of our third-party service providers.

While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.

Our primary data storage is hosted in servers that comply with applicable data protection standards. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
