Submit Your Hiring Request
Getting started is easy. Simply fill out a hiring request form on our platform. Provide details about your project, the skills you need, and your preferred timeline. There’s a non-refundable processing fee to begin the process, which will be deducted from the final onboarding payment once you hire talent.
Talent Matching and Interviews
We’ll carefully review your request and match you with the most suitable candidates from our talent pool. You’ll have the opportunity to interview your shortlisted talents to ensure they align with your project’s vision and needs. Once you’ve selected your talent(s), there’s a recruitment fee per talent (with a discount for hiring three or more talents at once).
Secure Payments and Project Management
Hire Emmie handles all payments to the talents. You make payments ahead of the project start, and we hold the funds in escrow. The talent is only paid once you confirm the deliverables are satisfactory. If the deliverables don’t meet your expectations after reiterations, we’ll replace the talent or offer a refund under certain conditions. Our service charge ensures you have continuous oversight and project management, so your project is completed to the highest standard.
Ongoing Communication and Progress Updates
Once the project starts, you’ll maintain regular communication with your talent, ensuring a smooth workflow and clear expectations. Talents are required to submit weekly progress reports so you’re always informed about the status of the work.
